My Approach…

Silent Counselling / Rapid Energy Release

I offer these sessions as a single or package sessions. Although 1 session will help it usually takes 3 to 6 sessions to fully release the negative emotions or patterns that are causing issue/s or problem/s in life. Every case is unique, we are all different and it’s not a blanket rule for all. Every energetic release will make space for more positivity to enter your life.

As we go through life, we build layers of these negative emotions or patterns which creates, what I call the ‘human onion effect’. With Silent Counselling we go straight to the root cause and start releasing from there, so we release the layers we have built up through life.

When we encounter a trauma in life we experience these negative emotions and if we do not resolve the trauma we store it in our body. When that happens we cause an imbalance in our body and that is when your body starts to talk to you by getting you to pay attention either by showing up mentally/emotionally/physically.

With Silent Counselling I can help you heal from these patterns and release the physical pain or emotional distress, without having the need to talk. That is not to say that you can’t talk during a session, it’s just that it is not necessary to have to talk as the release of whatever is happening can be released via the meridian points.

What is Rapid Energy Release/Silent Counselling?

Rapid Energy Release/Silent Counselling is a modality that uses the intelligence of  body to get to the root cause. We then use the meridian points and breath work to release the emotions that no longer serve us. This in turn makes space for more postitive energy in and around us.

How long does a session last?

I don’t time my sessions as we never know before hand what we will uncover in a session. To give a rough idea it can be 1 -2 hours per session. I believe your body will not release what you cannot handle so I always say trust the process.

How do I prepare for a session?

Silent Counselling session:
  1. A session can sometimes last longer than one hour, so please allocate enough time for yourself.
  2. Find yourself a quiet location with no distractions, where you can be comfortable.
  3. Turn all sounds that are not required like notifications and alarms on to silent from your phone, tablet or laptop.
  4. Try to position your camera securely, so I can see & hear you clearly via video
  5. Have some water with you.

Is there any after care advice?

You may experience some purging of emotions as we have now started the process of releasing what no longer serves you and is ready to be released from your energetic space.
You may feel like you want to cry/shout/relax/sleep, do whatever you feel to do.
My advice is please allow it to flow, acknowledge it, thank it for the lesson/experience & have the intention you are ready to release whatever comes up.
I appreciate it is not always easy but please be reassured that the process will bring out a better version of you!
Some of us don’t feel the purge and that is also fine. We are all different so there is no right way for all.

How many sessions will I need?

Usually anything from 3 to 6 sessions, it all depends on what we are working on, I do offer single sessions if its something you would like to try out before you commit to a session package.
